How and when do I need to book to guarantee a marquee for my event?
It is best to book as soon as possible, particularly for summer events. Most people book up to five or six months in advance – some even earlier. If you have chosen your dates, then please call us and we can advise on availability. In order to book we will provide you with a firm written quotation, and you simply pay a deposit of approx. 25%. This will guarantee the marquee for your chosen dates.
What size marquee do I need?
As a rough guide, the table below shows how many guests can be seated comfortably in each size of marquee. It also gives approximate numbers for a stand-up buffet. You will also need to allow extra space if you decide to add a dance floor, or bar area etc. A wedding with 100 guests seated and a with a good size dance area can comfortably fit in a 9m x 18m marquee (30ft x 60ft).
What else do I need?
Most events require carpeting and some seating with tables. We also recommend our range of linings, heating and lighting to ensure that the marquee is exactly how you want it.

When do I pay?
You will need to pay a deposit on booking (approx. 25%) and the settle the balance on the day the marquee is put up, or before if you wish.
Can I change my booking?
If you have made a booking, but then need to add to it, or remove something or even change the date, then we always do our best to accommodate the change.
